Tommorrow I'm going to run 20 miles. I know I will be sore all week. But it will totally be worth it in getting me ready for the marathon in like 3.5 weeks!
I just am constantly amazed by the scale of destruction. To see that even weeks after there is still so much devastation and so much lack of basic necessities. So I'm just going to post some links of people who've visited and witnessed the devastation first hand. And I hope that one day I'll be able to contribute my time and skills in the rebuilding effort.

Marathon 2010
