I've had the privilege to volunteer with an awesome organization, Faith in Christ Ministries(FICM)  for about 7 years.  It's a wonderful organization in South LA working to meet the needs of families.  This year I will be running a 5k on May 7 to raise money for the SAY YES after school tutoring program.  This is a Christ centered program that creates an opportunity for students to receive help with their homework and academic needs.
